Say It With Your ChestPrivacy Policy
Say It With Your Chest (the "App") is made by EveryBod, LLC, a California limited liability company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what the App does with your information.
What stays on your phone
- Your name, as you type it, so you don't have to retype it each game.
- A random player ID, made on your phone, so you can rejoin your seat if you drop out of a game.
- Your saved topics and your settings.
These are stored only on your device. Deleting the App deletes them.
What's shared with other players
When you host or join a game, your phone connects directly to the other phones in that game using Apple's Multipeer Connectivity, over Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth. The connection is encrypted. It shares your name, your player ID and your game moves (votes, picks, answers) with those phones only, for that game. If you host with saved topics turned on, the topics you've saved can be shown to the players in your game. Nothing passes through us.
Camera
The App uses the camera only to scan a game's QR code when you join. The image is not saved or sent anywhere.
Local network
The App asks for local network access only to find and connect to nearby games.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If a future version starts collecting information (for example, online game rooms), we'll update this policy and the "Last updated" date before that version is released.
